The Fiscal Year (FY) 2010-FY 2013 four-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is the result of a comprehensive and realistic appraisal of the transportation needs of the MPO area communities coupled with an analysis of resources available to finance these needs. The TIP is a tool for multi-jurisdictional communication and public information. It helps the transportation community and the general public track the use of local, state, and federal transportation funds.
